" It has a lot of potential, but staff has no hospitality training. The rooms are hard to find because they are situated on different levels . We were there for three nights and we still got lost going to our room. It could use a remodel snd a face lift. Great views. "

"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. "They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"Nice hotel, room was a bit tired, staff at reception and breakfast very professional but friendly, good location right on the port, in walking distance to restaurants of Porto rotondo, we sat by the pool most days as loungers on beach were occupied and was surprised that no one ever came to ask if we wanted a drink but on the whole we enjoyed our stay "
