"House was nice. Had everything you need to make your own meals. A bit too much seaweed but that’s seasonal - and the neighbors don’t clean their beaches so they had lots of garbage on the sand but the lot for this house was garbage free! The downstairs shower works the best. Lovely quiet place. No tourists❤️ I would absolutely stay again!!! 20 min drive to town. Perfect place for me! "

"I would rent this again. I loved the house itself. Clean, safe, exceeded expectations. Location is fine. Not on or near beach. "

"The space was ample. The best part about it is the screened in kitchen and dining area. The beach is not far and there are grocery stores and vegetable shops a minute away. We had a bumpy start which was resolved only after 21/2 hours on the phone with VRBO. The owner charged us for an extra night. This caused confusion and inconvenience to our host who was led to believe that we were arriving a day earlier than we had agreed upon. "We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Jaguar. Chris respond quickly and was always available. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was wonderful with a beautiful view. The beach is rocky and you have to walk about 10 minutes to town but the road was easy to walk. Town had wonderful food along the beach. Overall would definitely stay there again"

"Right on the beach in a quiet little fishing village. Clean and comfortable. Run by the owner, Lisa, you will be made to feel welcome immediately. Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out. "
