「Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen.Vorne Aussicht zum Strand und vom Schlafzimmer Aussicht auf die Kanäle.Auch die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut.Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen.Auch die Betreung der Fa.Welcs war gut.Was wirklich zu bemängeln war sind die Matratzen,diese waren komplett durchgelegen.,sodass man jeden Morgen mit Schmerzen aufgestanden ist.Die Ausstattung in der Küche war spärlich,es waren zwar alle Geräte da,aber das Essbesteck ist veraltet,Eierbecher...

「Old ragged towels. No soap, shampoo, no hair conditioner. Towels were soiled. Bedding was questionable. No washer soap, no drier. Generally cold for winter. Cleanliness was questionable kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards it needed a good vacuuming. The couch was not comfortable and it had a grandma's cover. High priced」

「Quiet flat in perfect location with good parking facility. Only a 10 min walk to the beaches either at Llafranc or Calella de Palafrugell. Communication with apartment owners (Hauzify and Pere) was easy with no problems paying or getting the key. Flat has everything you need. Bathroom/shower is a little small but functional and some furniture could do with replacing (balcony chairs are a bit old & uncomfy) but otherwise great and would stay here again. 」

「This is a well thought out conversion in the attic top floor. It has everything we needed for a week long stay, super kitchen and equipments, washing machine and warmth for February evenings. The view across the entire beach is perfect. The owners have created a wonderful space.」

「We stayed in the house during a walking tour on the Cami de Ronda. The house was a little worn and lacked basics for the kitchen. The real issue we had was that the house alarm repeatedly went off. Each time we opened the front door it would trigger a loud alarm and a call from the alarm company. When trying to contact the host, I realized the host was actually just re-listing this house from another site and it took most of the day to find the actual host and get a resolution to the alarm. ...
