「First the front desk people were incredibly helpful, particularly Lorenzo, who was one of the most friendly and dedicated staff I’ve ever seen. That guy can do anything! They helped us with restaurants, bus schedules, beach towels and even a loaner umbrella—everything we needed. The hotel is very nice with a good breakfast and great location. 「We stayed one night as we were touring the Costa Brava. We were somewhat disappointed with the suite having paid £405 for the night. It was OK but nothing more; somewhat basic. We arrived early but were not able to check-in, so went for meal. Check in is strict at 4pm. Parking is where you find it around the resort; in our case,10 mins walk away up hill.
