「Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!」

「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

「The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!」

「Property was as pictured. Great views. Washing machine not working was a pain but appreciated having it replaced the next day. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Could have used a cookie sheet in the kitchen. My grandson was disappointed that the basketball that was promised was missing. Overall we had a good time and would, and might do it again.」

「Great location. Easy and less than 10min drive to the Dollywood gate. Conveniently located by Walgreens (walk to and from) for those necessities you forget. Walking distance to the convention center (perfect for the car shows). I recommend and would/will stay again. Loved morning coffee on the porch listening to the river.」

「Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「Condo was very clean and smelled clean when we walked in. We enjoyed our stay here. We loved that we were right by the indoor pool, our son spent most of his time there when we were not out and about. We would definitely come back!」
