"Em um dos dias limparam meu quarto e esqueceram das toalhas. Fiquei esperando mais de duas horas mesmo após repetidas solicitações à recepção. Ignoraram minha reclamação. Não consegui verificar o nome de funcionários que me atenderam de forma insatisfatória. Uma das funcionárias que se identificou como Ester (sem crachá) se recusou a buscar uma garrafa de vinho por estar armazenada em outro ambiente. O resort é muito bom se vc não precisar de alguém para resolver algum problema."
