「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely area. It’s nice & quiet but shops, bars and restaurants are close by when needed.The property owner Bernardo, is excellent. He is close by if you need anything at all.The villa is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need and very clean. 「We had a grown up family holiday in this amazing villa in Puerto Calero. The villa itself is spacious and modern. The pool and area around it also lovely with a couple of comfortable sofas. Super welcome pack on arrival and the place was spotless. Beds are lovely and comfortable, each bedroom en-suite.
