. WE OFFER A SAFE AND RELAXING STAY AMIDST NATURE IN THE SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA AREA.
This vacation home is located above the coastal road. The location is particularly quiet and breezy, even in the height of summer. You can reach the beach in about a 5-minute drive. The area is free from the noise of pizzerias, bars, lines of cars, mopeds, and pedestrians—something not so common near the sea. It is located between Castro Marina and Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of the “heel” of Italy, on the border between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas . It measures approximately 25 square meters in total and features a small room with a third sleeping area. The studio apartment consists of a dining area, a double bed, a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning in the sleeping area, a shaded porch, and a TV. Convenient free private parking is available on the property, along with a brick barbecue. The town of Corsano is 1.5 km away. You can also find pharmacies, banks, a post office, cafes, restaurants, and other shops and supermarkets . About 5 minutes away is the Ciolo Bridge, followed immediately by Santa Maria di Leuca; 15 minutes from Pescoluse, known as the “Maldives of Salento,” with opportunities for walking and cycling. Even small towns often have a town center featuring little architectural gems. We recommend visiting Santa Maria di Leuca (with its historic palaces), beautiful Gallipoli, Lecce (a Baroque city), and Otranto. Salento, also known as the Salento Peninsula, is located in the southern part of Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east. It boasts a unique landscape, architecture, and cuisine. Salento is, of course, ideal for a beach vacation during the long summer, but it offers much more—and not just in the summer. And don’t forget the natural pool at Marina Serra.
