The pool water is not heated.
A spacious, furnished veranda with a wooden canopy allows you to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors in complete relaxation and tranquility, taking in the splendid view that nature offers from this location.
This villa is ideal for those who appreciate privacy and good taste. The owner arrives around 9:00 a.m. to say hello and thank the guests who have stayed at my property for their cooperation.
For pets, there is a €100 surcharge per stay, payable upon arrival directly to the owner; pets are not allowed inside the villa or in the pool.
During high season (July through August), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The owner may refuse reservations that extend beyond Saturday.
The balance is due upon key hando chiavi.grazie.ps.. For this year, I would like to inform guests renting my property that the grass on the pool walkway has been removed and will be replaced with a wooden structure. To summarize: the pet fee is €100, and the final cleaning fee is €100. These are payable upon key handover.

Excellent

We spent a lovely relaxing week at this beautiful house. It was well equipped with everything we needed Biagio and his wife were more than helpful. The property is close enough to many beautiful areas to visit ( you do need a car). We would definitely recommend this properly and would love to go again. Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Biagio. See you soon.

Una settimana in paradiso.

Cosa dire ?! Tutto semplicemente fantastico !

Perfecto

We would highly recomend this property. Everything we needed. The villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean and peaceful and relaxing. Nothing was to much trouble. All private villa. You do need a car wich was no problem to us. Biagio and his wife were perfect hosts and made sure our stay was wonderful. Looking forward to returning to this gem again in the near future.

Consigliatissimo!!!!

Villa Balia

We had a beautiful week in the villa it is well presented and very clean and tidy. The owner Biagio and his wife greeted us and were very friendly and helpful. The coast is very beautiful and it is worth driving the coast road visiting the many towns and villages, its worth taking a trip to Gallipali its best to park before the bridge and walk over.
