  • Watch the sun rise over the water while the Cormorants dive down in the water catching fish. Situated on two intersecting canals that are great for catching Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and the occasional Alligator Gar. Large kitchen and living room lead to a large covered deck and fishing dock where the ocean breeze awaits. All amenities to cook and entertain. We provide three (3) Kayaks for our guest to use during their visit. The canals are just a short paddle to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. Private boat ramp for you to launch your boat with a deck built lower to the water to make it easier to get in and out of your boat with a fish cleaning stand that has both running water and electricity. Underwater green light and an overhead green light help bring in the fish. Backyard is fully fenced with a charcoal and propane grill that allow you to cook while fishing. House is single level so no going up and down the stairs. House is pet friendly but requires a $75 pet fee.

This was by far the best day I've ever stayed in a vacation home. The property is beautiful right out by the lake and very well maintained. Anytime I message the host, he answered very very quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun stay. The canal looks even better in person. King bed was great, master shower was great. Spending the evening on the is amazing. Tons of cool birds around. 10-15 mins from town, but having the canal makes it worth the drive.

Great house and location. Very spacious like described. We didn't catch any fish but great time trying on the dock. Kids enjoyed the kayaks. Great communication and easy check-in process.

Great house!! Excellent location for fishing!! Nice boat ramp at the house for easy launching kayaks. The host is very communicative and friendly. Overall an awesome place.

Yes, John was very nice and communicated with us before we even got to the destination.The house was perfect for our stay. The view was great and the fishing was hit or miss. We were close to Rockport/Fulton where shopping and restaurants were many.

Cozy family retreat

Great cozy house for family get together. Lots of beach boutiques, very beautiful beaches, or just staying home and fishing was great too. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2-10 yearolds and our dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Fishing trip

Went on a weekend fishing trip the house was clean and had a good time on back deck.did some fishing caught some fish and had some fun good place.will stay there again in the future.

This place was great. Close to town. Very well stocked and had everything needed to cook meals at home. Beds we’re comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Peaceful, Peaceful, Peaceful!

This was the perfect place for a family trip with my grandma. We spent most of our stay out on the back deck watching the sea gulls and Heron. The canal was so quiet and peaceful!

rockport vacation

We enjoyed this rental. The access to the canal was awesome. The house was very comfortable and the host was extremely accommodating!
