Nice Cottage

My wife and I stayed from Thursday to Saturday. We were looking for something nice and inexpensive. This place checked all the boxes. It was very clean and everything worked. We would stay again.

Adorable quaint cottage close to the beach and shops

We really enjoyed our stay! Super close to shops and just a few blocks from the beach! The bed was super comfortable and my 13 ye old said the pullout sofa bed was super comfy as well! It was the perfect size place for my family,1 adult and two children ( 9 and 13).

Great property

My husband and I had a great weekend getaway at this property. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The condo was clean, well equipped, and nice and cool over a hot Texas weekend!

Terrible stay

I tried rescheduling our stay before the hurricane they wouldn’t let us. We had to leave in the middle of our mini gateway due to poor communication. No hot water in the shower and there were spiders in the room. I don’t recommend this place.

We love the property. Have stayed in numerous rooms there. AC went out. Not their fault. Fixed super quick. Water heater went out out last night. Again big their fault. Nice water pressure. Clean. Would stay again. 👍

Labor Day Wknd 9/2-9/5

Only had one trash bag and WiFi connection never worked even after several attempts to correct. Called the office. Trash bags were delivered later that day.

Very very nice, clean, well appointed and, well, perfect

Great for two people, central to Port Aransas, very nicely appointed for a couple looking for a place to stay and for a (small) kitchen in which to cook. Stayed over New Year's week. Traffic on the property was low, so it was quiet, too. Absolutely no hesitation recommending.

Clean but disappointing

Pros: clean, convenient location to city center & beach. Close to a busy street though. Cons: Bed mattress seemed to be a single layer of cheap quality foam (no support— head & legs above torso all night!), pillows very hard, sheets had a lot of polyester. So uncomfortable we left after 1 night although we paid for 3. Previous review mentioned uncomfortable bed—it’s true. Previous review mentioned fans not working — still not working. TV wasn’t connecting either but WiFi was okay.

Memorial Day getaway

Property was nice and clean, the only issue was that the fans in the rooms did not work or at least we could not figure out how to get them to turn on. Would recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Overall stay was nice for 2 or three people. Efficiency space but just right for what we needed for the weekend. Cottage is centrally located to most restaurants & bars and 5-10mins from the beach! Quaint and quiet stay overall. Cottages are close to each other but still have your own privacy and everyone is respectful to space, parking, etc. Mini community if you will. Made a call to maintenance to check AC and they were responsive and fixed issue in less than an hr. Nice stay for a weekend getaway and would stay here again.
