Welcome to your perfect Sunhouse beach getaway! This cozy condo is designed for family fun, pet-friendly, and just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the heated salt water pool & hot tub year-round. You'll love the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and plus a private washer & dryer. Kids will adore the bunk beds, and you'll appreciate the complimentary beach toys, chairs, and umbrella for endless days by the ocean. It's everything you need for a memorable, relaxing stay!
The space
This condo is just a short block from the beach, offering the perfect location for sunrise & sunset walks on the beach. After a day of sun & sand at Whitecap beach, unwind in the spacious living area and catch your favorite shows streaming on TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for family meals, while the private 3rd floor balcony provides the perfect sunset spot to relax with your favorite beverage.

Families will appreciate the added perks including a set of bunk beds, a pack n play for little ones and a private washer & dryer. The unit includes complimentary beach chairs, toys, & umbrella.

The complex includes a large salt water heated pool with tub, fitness center, sauna, gazebo & car wash area. The property also has private lakes with fishing docks, picnic areas & BBQ grills.
