1109 at the Sandpiper Condominium is a beautiful, beachfront unit with 3-bedrooms and 2 and ½ baths and newly added to our rental program. Located on the 11th floor, the end-unit location allows one to experience breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the coastal bend through large, floor-to-ceiling windows.

The 3 bedrooms are large and have access balconies, where spectacular sunrises and sunsets are viewed while relaxing on patio furniture. The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private balcony with ocean view and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, TV and a shared balcony overlooking Corpus Christi Bay. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV and shared balcony overlooking the bay. The guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom located across the hall.
