The space
4 bedrooms with queen beds are provided along with 3 full bathrooms! There is a 32" UHD 4k TV in each bedroom along with a 60" UHD TV in the main living area. There is also an inflatable queen mattress available for extra guests, two dining areas with seating for 10, and a large, fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, microwave, coffee, and Keurig machines stove/oven, and plenty of counter space. A washer and dryer area is also available inside the home. A double garage is also accessible. The backyard is fully enclosed, privacy fenced, and secured with a patio and table with outdoor seating. Perfect for pets and families with kids.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house including the garage except for one hall closet which is locked and used for storage of extra supplies for the home. Some cabinets in the garage may also be locked for supply storage. There are also exit doors to the patio from the master bedroom and an exit door to the back bedroom with a keypad lock and deadbolt secured from inside the room.
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed, outside only, please. There is a public park directly across from this home with a playground area. There is plenty of parking for up to 4+ cars on the extra-wide driveway and street parking for up to three vehicles/trailer, etc. Security cameras are installed outside the home.
