Welcome to Paradise! We provide complimentary use of kayaks, breath taking bay and
sunset views, and waterfront pool! This brand-new home is one of ten located in Copano
Shores, Rockport’s newest exclusive waterfront community. Paradise is a two story, three
bedroom, two and a half bath home filled with soothing seaside decor. The walls are
peppered with original underwater photographs from the owner’s private collection. You
will feel relaxed the minute you walk in. Upstairs is an open concept kitchen, dining, and
living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and comes
fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The
dining table seats up to eight. The living room has two accent chairs and a comfy sofa, which serves as a queen sleeper. Gather here and enjoy movie night on the massive 65” 4K
smart TV. The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs as well. Sleep like a baby on the
king bed and enjoy the luxurious walk in shower. Downstairs features a bonus living space
with desk, chair, and TV. This space can be used as an office or kiddos game room. The
second and third bedrooms are downstairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the
third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, four twin beds total. Both bedrooms share the
second full bathroom. Wheel the kayaks to the water and enjoy the salty breeze as you
float across beautiful Copano Bay. Cook the days catch on the propane grill. Take in the
stunning sunsets from the balcony or porch while sipping on a cool beverage. Just minutes
from the boat ramp, kayak launch, Rockport beach and Goose Island State Park. Come
