Spend your next Corpus Christi family getaway at this cozy condo located just a few blocks from the beach. The comfortable living area is set for socializing with a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, wall-mounted, flatscreen TV, and access out to the furnished balcony. Prepare meals or heat up yesterday's leftovers in the full kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, and then dine together or play a few board games at the table for three. Take a stroll over to the clubhouse to work up a sweat in the fitness center and then cool off in the shared pool or soothe your muscles in the hot tub.

This vacation rental is conveniently close to many local parks and beaches. You will be less than a mile from the soft white sands of Whitecap Beach, while the Waves Resort Corpus Christi waterpark is just a mile-and-a-half away and Mustang Island State Park is a little over six miles north. Head across the causeway to discover multiple golf courses for fun days on the greens. And discover the many shopping and dining options up and down South Padre Island Drive.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay at this Whitecap Beach condo in Corpus Christi was exactly what we had hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very comfortable—making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The condo itself was clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The beds were clean and comfortable, which made for great rest after beach days.The beach was walkable, but we were pleasantly surprised to learn we could buy a 12 permit at a nearby gas station and drive/park right on the beach, super convenient and fun. The patio was a perfect spot for morning coffee while the rest of the family slept in, and the pool was a refreshing alternative when we were ready for a break from the sand.A bonus we didn’t expect was how great the local Island Market Grocery was, just a few blocks away. It was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed at reasonable prices. Their steak and seafood selection was perfect for grilling at the onsite charcoal grill or cooking in the condo.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located beach escape.

The property was good. Very clean and of courseyou can't beat the location. I rated a the property a 5 but I won't stay there again because the property owners do not allow early check in under any circumstances. I have stayed at various units at the Beach Club and they have always graciously allowed earlier check if the property was ready. We didn't have to even ask - we'd just get an email from Vacasa saying the property was ready! We appreciated that because we can only stay out in sun so long and have food on cooler, etc. The check in of 4pm is very late and check out by 10 is too early. Check in at 3 and check out at 11 more reasonable. Vacasa was great as always. And the unit was nicely decorated and very clean!

Good place to stay everything is close Bad communication was not good could not get into room according to the information sent to me. Did not know where to park as everything is marked by room and the numbers didn't match had to call help desk several times Ugly no water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were trying to be respectful about the people below but the floors are not that quite and they kept banging the walls. Carpet floors going up the stairs are littered with stickers and he warned there's stickers everywhere on the property But we know cause we always stay in these units it's a good place to stay

I won't stay here again: 1. no soap for hands or body 2. very loud - thin floors means you hear everything on floor above 3. faces a busy main street with cars past midnight so could not sleep 4. balcony roof leaks completely so our clothes we left overnight to dry go even more wet! 5. inflexible late checkout policy

The place was clean upon arrival, beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. Walls were thin and loud neighbors above banged on the floors each day til the early hours. Condo faces a side street which turned out to be busier than expected. Could hear cars and trucks all day and night. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but could use an upgrade on pans and knives. At times the AC would make a hammering sound, which at first I thought it was the loud upstairs neighbors again. We still had a great time and didn’t let these things affect out family vacation. I’ll take a chance elsewhere next time.

We had a nice getaway - thank you. The only suggestion would be to the management company. It would be great if you could provide an easy way for those of us with electric cars to plug in and charge, and even better if your could install fast chargers on property (they could be key card activated so that not everyone could use them, if you are worried about attracting too many people) It would also be nice if there was at least enough coffee for one pot

The property is very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart up the road and could drive on the beach to the Valero and over to the Dollar General as well as the Fishing Pier. The beach is beautiful and well kept. The pool and hot tub area were clean. The condo is rather noisey and floor/ceilings are thin. The washer did not work during our stay but we were givien a refund of $25 a day for the 7 days we were there. There were sand burrs in the carpet, so keep your house shoes on! They dont vacuumn out. Overall a great vacation and stay!!!!

I didn't realize I was not booking with the owner, but instead a mgmt company, in this case, vacasa. Renter beware, they really don't care about your stay as much as an owner would. To start with, construction workers were installing a floor in the unit above us. The kitchen sink didn't drain. The garbage disposal was not working. Carpets and rugs had stickers in them. Called all these in on Friday, didn't get the drain working until late Saturday night. I'll never rent a unit managed by vacasa again. their support was rude, mostly ineffective and definitely not empathetic about the noise.
