Incredible rental, a few issues

This house was perfect for our large family gathering. There is so much living space, and the furniture and layout were comfortable, inviting, and very accommodating of our group. The bonus of an included golf cart made this a real win. We love this house and would gladly stay here again. We had some A/C, washing machine, and ceiling fan issues which presented some inconveniences, but overall, we were very happy with this rental. We would suggest providing box fans for second and third-floor bedrooms. The third floor especially was muggy and hot.

Amazing home away from home for a group!

This house was a delight for our group - the layout was perfect. 3 decks and 2 living areas gave us plenty of space to hang out, relax and enjoy the view. Great proximity to the beach & shared pool - golf cart & beach gear rental included was fantastic. Highly recommend - we’d love to come again!

Happy with a few concerns

Our stay was wonderful with a few issues. We had problems with the washing machine that was not working therefore, we had to leave with all our dirty and wet clothes to bring home. I feel that we should be called to discuss this and other issues that will certianly impact our decission to rent this house for 2023.

Life’s a Beach

Loved the location and access to the beach. The property management company was easy and efficient to work with. The house itself was amazing. It is how I wish my home could look and feel. Everything was as described and more. So pleased!

Great Weekend Away

We had a relaxing girls getaway, the house had plenty of space and provided a comfortable place for us to stay. It's I'm a great location, close to restaurants, grocery store and just a short walk to the beach! It was amazing!

Friend reunion

Great house! So spacious. Just wish there were more restrooms connected to the bedrooms. We were a group of 5 couples. It would have been nice for each couple to have their own, private bathroom.

Pretty place with lots of room

Lovely place with plenty of room for 8 friends to spend a weekend on the beach. All beds were clean and comfortable; everything in the kitchen was great. We loved gabbing on the front porch.The short walk to the beach was delightful. The rental agency was slower than expected in providing me check-in information. They did not know the correct WiFi network or the location of the router. These issues were resolved by ourselves and then the WiFi worked great. The “free” golf cart is a bit of a chore since you have to drive out of your way to visit the office to get the keys to the cart, and if you can’t get keys until morning, whoops, 12 hours of your 24 “free” rental is gone, too bad. It seemed like it would be easy enough to just leave the keys in the house and have people sign releases online? Otherwise the house was lovely and well equipped and I would definitely recommend it for 8-10 people!

Beautiful house close to the beach

We got this house at the last minute after another reservation cancelled due to a broken ac. By the end of the trip, I think we were grateful the other house fell though. This house has a lot of space and was very close to the beach. The golf cart rental ended up being very convenient. Will be coming back!

Great location

The house was great. Great location and short walking distance to the beach. The house could use a little love. A handful of things were broken and the furniture and rugs were stained.

Terrific house!

This house was so great! The layout was excellent. Seriously, the best layout! Loved the location as it was just outside the main part of Port Aransas, allowing for more quiet and less people. We loved the multiple decks and sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch listening to the wind in the palm trees. Kitchen was well stocked too. So happy we rented and will be back!

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very close to the beach, walking or golf cart, which made it easy to come back to the house if we needed something! We all were able to enjoy our coffee out on the porch with several rocking chairs. We rented their golf cart and had a blast! Can’t wait to come back.

Great location- recommend!

This was a great house. Close to pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Property is a little tired because I think it’s mainly used for rentals and they turn them quickly. Most everything worked and when it didn’t, Management was very responsive (even on a Friday night at 8pm- came to fix TVs and fans!). Great spot, easy to rent and deal with- will look to stay again!
