It also has a MASSIVE boat garage which opens up on the first floor to 14 foot garage doors where you can park your boat and truck so all your valuable electronics are protected without unloading them. Walk up the stairs to your own private covered patio that extends your outdoor living space and welcomes you to sit and enjoy the breezes that flow through while having your morning coffee or evening meal and drinks. While sitting there you can enjoy the pleasing view of the private pond where many of the different shore birds drop by for their afternoon snack or evening meal.
