As close to on the beach as you can get

Great little place for my family of 3. So convenient to walk out the door and be directly in front of the boardwalk. No need to rent a golf cart or buy a beach parking pass for your vehicle, it is SO close. Super comfy beds.

On the dunes with accessible boardwalk right to beach! Cozy and comfortable for girls weekend and very affordable! Full kitchen! The gate on the porch needs to be fixed and shower curtain liner replaced.:-)was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

Perfect Location in Port A

Very simple and quiet condo right on the beach. Accomodations were clean and easy to use. Just need to work on the water pressure in the shower or get a new shower head and repair the back door/sliding door lock.

Quick get-away for 60+ female me in need of quality location, safety, and reasonable price. This unit was all of that! Literally a step out the door to the walkway over dunes to beach. 2-night stay was excellent.

33rd Anniversary Get Away

Complex is still working to recover from Harvey,however, once you close the door and see the view in the room and in the break of the dunes all else is history. #140 is tastefully decorated and clean!

A wonder of Texas....

Who knew Texas had beautiful island beach town, not this Illinoisan. We had a blast, every time we met someone, the boys would say "everyone is so nice here!" The condo we stayed was perfect, clean and quick walk to the beach. Once the boys were done with the sand the pool was a nice break. I highly recommend this property, the owners were fast to response and made everything easy. We can't wait to visit again!

Great location!

Overall, our stay was good. The location is perfect-- easy access to a less-crowded part of the beach with lots of sand/room to set up for the day without worrying about car traffic and/or high tide. The beds were very comfortable. Low sound from upstairs neighbors. The shower head was very low flow, so be prepared to take long showers just to get the soap rinsed. We also had an issue with pest control confusion on dates-- they came in using their maintenance master code while we were in there (and promptly left when they saw us). It was concerning, but the management company was extremely helpful and responsive to our concern.

Great Little Vacation Getaway

This property is small in size since it's an efficiency condo BUT it is huge in location, across the parking lot from pool, BBQ area & tennis courts. The beach access walkway is also right out the back door. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back again. The only negative comment I have is that cookware such as frying pan should be replaced & AC unit doesn't get quite cold enough but it was 109 with heat index. Paul, the property manager, was also wonderful & quick to respond when we needed to figure out how to hookup TV & WIFI.

Young family vacation

Perfect place for our vacation with two little kids! Walk to the beach, a wash station right outside (which you NEED), and plenty close to everything in town. Only note would to bring lots of your own towels!
