Keurig machine and pods for the morning go juice--fully furnished kitchen, clean beds with soft sheets. Games and books in living room, beach chairs, ice chest and water toys in garage along with gas BBQ grill.
Close proximity to Aransas Pass Aquatic Center, quick drive to Port A ferry, Rockport, Conn Brown Harbor, Ingleside and an HEB in either direction!
Boat or RV parking in back yard. Easy check-in & check-out.
