This unit is not equipped with central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the dining room area. Each bedroom has a space heater and floor fan for added comfort.
Pet Policy: - Pets are not permitted at our home at this time. - Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a fee of $500 or more to cover damages and additional cleaning.
*If you urgently need housing and have a pet, please contact us before booking to discuss your situation. We may consider allowing one very small, non-shedding dog on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Policy: Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.
