Experience the best of Coronado in this stylish, modern townhome. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this spacious retreat offers a true small-town coastal vibe with easy access to Coronado’s beaches, shops, and the heart of downtown San Diego.
Just steps from San Diego Bay, you can catch the ferry to downtown, the Convention Center, or Little Italy, or simply take a five-minute Uber ride across the bridge. Excellent restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are all within a one-block radius, giving you endless dining and shopping options right outside your door. San Diego International Airport is just ten minutes away.
The Space. This beautifully designed three-story end unit offers 2,200 square feet of bright, open living space in the heart of Coronado Village. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and provides the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for families or small groups.
Enjoy the airy interiors with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the large dining table seats eight. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and the living room includes a 55-inch cable TV for movie nights.
Head up to the private rooftop deck to take in breathtaking views of the San Diego skyline, the bay, and the Coronado Bridge. The space is fully furnished for entertaining and relaxation with seating for 8+, a gas grill, cafe lights, and a large umbrella.
