"The room was great and the pool are was beautiful. The only issue was with the housekeeping not coming when called. Had to call/request multiple times and they only took out the garbage. "

"Good for the price. A lot of foot traffic so understandable that the lobby is hard to maintain but would’ve made a better first impression if carpets were vacuumed and elevator was clean. We were able to store our luggage until check-in, there is a water refill station & nice gym, and walkable distance to Starbucks. It’s a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. Rooms have been renovated from previous hotel so still newer & in good condition. We chose this location partly due to it having a laundry facility but it was closed and being worked on our entire stay. "

"15 minute walk to Disneyland resort. Holtel was clean. Good price. I was expecting the worst due to some reviews but it felt safe, quiet and close to a mall and restaurants. "

"Staff was friendly and informative. My room was clean. It was nice that my room had a full kitchen with the necessities. Bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious. Diffrent selections daily. You can make your own waffles. Thank you to Mario and the breakfast staff for all you do."

"Normally I would have no issues checking in a little early but this time my room was not ready until well after 3pm. Work was being done with exterior windows and two large mechanical cranes occupied several parking spots and a large charter bus was parked in front of main lobby entrance. "
