Arrive early and enjoy a Currituck Club pre-arrival experience at the main pool between 10 am and 4 pm! Games, trolley service to and from the beach, music, wine, food & cold beer on tap! The perfect place to unwind while waiting for your home to be ready for check-in. Also available on checkout day to extend time at the beach and let the traffic dissipate.

Everything about Joy At a Glance boasts fine quality and comfort offering stylish furnishings and beautiful views of both the Ocean and the Currituck Sound. Located atop a high hill in The Currituck Club you'll enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, 7 Master Bedrooms and so many extras that will please the entire family!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a gated private pool with tiki bar, gas grill and outside shower. Parking for 5-6 cars and a basketball hoop in the driveway. Inside you'll find a den with Queen Sleep Sofa, and a wet bar will full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Cabana half bath with second door to pool area. ELEVATOR to all levels. Master Bedroom with Day Bed, Trundle and private bathroom and a 2 Master Bedrooms each with 2 Singles, TV (no cable, for movies only) and a private bathroom. Garage.

Mid Level: Entry Level. 2 King Master Bedrooms both with private bathroom and deck access (one with cable TV and one with TV/DVD for movies only), Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access, and a large theater room with 75” flat-screen TV with soundbar, youtubeTV, live local channels, Netflix and Hulu, 6 tiered recliner seats, Mega-touch video game, bumper pool/poker table, beverage refrigerator and deck access. Laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers. Half bathroom on the landing between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: Great room with gas fireplace, 60" TV/DVD and sound views. Kitchen with Viking oven/6-burner gas cook top, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, pantry and breakfast bar seating 6, dining room seating 8-10, sun room with ocean and sound views and a reading loft with desk area. King Master Bedroom with 50" TV/DVD, gas fireplace, deck access, sound views and a large bathroom with dual vanity, tiled shower and whirlpool tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Excellent house, Amazing views!

An excellent house for a wonderful week vacation! The views were amazing! Each bedroom with its own bathroom was fantastic, and the theater room was a huge hit for the kids! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time!
