Located between Duck and Corolla, Sea Haven offers all the entertainment and conveniences of the two towns. Shopping, movie theaters, golf, and restaurants are all in the nearby towns. The new Corolla bike path connects from Ocean Sands north to Whalehead. You can also enjoy the community Tennis court!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.


House layout:

1st floor:
- Queen bedroom with half bathroom. Smart TV
- Washer/Dryer

2nd floor:
4 bedrooms
- 2 King Bedrooms with en suite full bathroom. Smart TV. Direct access to deck
- 2 Bunk rooms: 2 bunk bed sets (4 twin beds) in each.
- Jack and Jill bathroom with bathtub adjoining the 2 bunk rooms

3rd floor:
- King Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. Smart TV. Direct access to deck
- Half bath
- Great room with 58" Smart TV
- Open floor plan fully stocked kitchen with dining tables and breakfast bar

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, beach towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Outdoor spaces:
Ground floor:
- Private HEATED Salt Water inground pool 14x32 private pool (fee for heat)
- New Pool bar with mini fridge!
- GAMES! Ping pong, giant Jenga, corn hole, and a pool volleyball net

The pool is generally open from April to the end of October.
The hot tub is open all year :)

Sea Haven is family-owned and loved! Located in a private residential community with a preserved area surrounded by natural seashores and flourishing with native wildlife!

Guest access
This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.

Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.

6 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.

Other things to note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs - then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
