The house was amazing, very clean on the inside. The pool and hot tub had not been cleaned in a while and the pool guy did not come out on the first day as promised. Then once he did there was an electrical issue that had affected the pool and hot tub. It all took the first 3 days of our trip to be repaired. Things were only done with me calling and reporting what had not been fixed or that the pool guy had not come, then showed up stayed 40 mins and left for 3 hours until I called Kees to tell them that. Only when he returned did he realize the electrical problem and that took a whole other day to get fixed. The house is beautiful, very clean, easy access to all the restaurants and shops and two grocery stores. I felt bad for the owners I feel like Kees could be better at checking the properties before check in , that would have allowed for all the repairs and replacement tv to be identified prior to our stay. Only on day 3 of not getting follow up information unless I text or called, I became very frustrated. The owners were amazing and promptly authorized the repairs of everything we were having issues with. So, I recommend the house and the owners. Was not impressed with the pool guy or the communication. The absolute best communicator was the actual Kees Maintenace man, he was very prompt, communicated and did what he said he would do. The girls answering the were polite but not unless I asked to get an update was, I updated. I had to inform them of progress.
