Additional information may be found at monterayshoreshoa.org. Ground Level: This floor offers entrance to the home, where you will also find the laundry area. Outside is a totally gated private pool, hot tub, and outside shower. Mid Level: This level features a lovely main bedroom with a queen bed and deck access. Another main bedroom room with a queen bed includes deck access and shared a hall bathroom with a bunk room. The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk. Top Level: This level features a spacious great room with a TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and deck access through a sliding glass door. A nicely equipped kitchen has bar seating for three guests and a separate dining area. You will also find the main bedroom with a king bed with deck access through a sliding door. Rounding out this home is a half bath off the great room. Amenities: Guests can enjoy an oversized private 16-foot by 32-foot unheated Pool, a gated pool, hot tub, multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi, a hammock swing, and a sunny and shaded deck space. Guests can enjoy an outside pool, wading pool, a kid’s playroom, four shared tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, and a multi-use trail for biking and walking. THINGS TO KNOW

- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
