"I recently stayed at Azul Beach Resort Negril and overall had a great time. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very engaging with guests. The activities were fun and there was something for everyone. The beachfront was beautiful and definitely the highlight of the trip. The food was just okay for me. I was hoping for more authentic Jamaican cuisine and flavors. The resort itself could also use some updates. Some walkway boards were loose with noticeable gaps, and while the rooms were clean, they were pretty average. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my entire stay. Despite a few issues, I still enjoyed my vacation and would return for the atmosphere and beach alone."
