「The owner was so nice with us. They lost our luggage at the aeroport and she found some clothes and sandal and sun cream for us. Room with very nice view. Super clean. Kitchen was full equip. Beach very quiet. Local around is very friendly. The pool is very big and open late. I will come back for sure」

「Very peaceful stay.」

「This property is run down and neglected. The kitchen has mould around the taps, pots and pans and dishes old. No tea towels to do dishes. Very old fixtures. We didn't use the kitchen because of these reasons. The bathroom is a nightmare. Toilet is rusty and disgusting around the base. All drains are extremely slow and the bathroom basin had scunge coming up from the clogged drain. I put my finger in there to see if something was blocking it and I cut my finger on a razor sharp piece of metal. If...

「I think the pictures don't do this cute one bedroom justice. It's nice, clean and well-built. It is minimally stocked and more like a hotel which is different from other BNB's and condos I have rented but adequate for short stays. The WIFI buffered the entire stay and even though I wanted to extend my stay, I did not because I needed WIFI to work better (WFH). The grounds are lush and encroaching on the sidewalk a bit causing me to walk under some spider webs and there are lots of gnats and...

「The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere.」

「Better hospitality at the front desk, the other staff was amazing 」

「Just returned home from spending 2 weeks at Beach House Condos Jungle House Tree Top. I can't really choose between the "I loved it" and "not Really" because our experience was somewhere in the middle. First, the positives. Our driver, Billy, recommended by BHC was on time and easy to find at arrivals at MBJ. He's a good, professional driver. The premises of BHC lies on a beautiful property, with lush tropical vegetation throughout. Our condo was set back from the beach, and this was no...

「My wife and I stayed with another couple for a week in the "Lower Reef House" condo. It was nicely finished, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Also, it is a very short, easy walk from this ground floor location to the beach and adjacent restaurant which may be important to less mobile guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff was particularly gracious when we had trouble with a credit card and had to pay the next day. Thank you very much for your patience! If I...

「Where do we begin.... We rented the Lower Beach House for the second half of our vacation in Negril. We arrived to be greeted by the best staff......Diane had everything in order and by the time we introduced ourselves and signed in, the bags were already in the house “ Talk about a smooth transition and landing” ! So our first impression when entering the beach house was WOW, the pictures do not do this place justice! the condo far exceeded our expectations on space AND comfort. It felt just...

「The property was immaculate in the beach and close to bars, shops and entertainment. Absolutely perfect 」

「Beautiful property--Super nice staff, very attentive, rooms were quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for making sure we had a fantastic time!」

「Excellent housekeeping and security staff. Beautifully landscaped like a little jungle. Great location for day trips.」

「It was our 2nd time at the Ocean House. We love the location and view is amazing. We only ate dinner out 3 times in 10 days because we enjoyed cooking and you couldn’t beat our view. All the staff were wonderful. We had an 84th birthday party at Breezes for my father-in-law and they made the night so special from a wonderful dinner, bonfire on the beach and live entertainment. I would definitely recommend Beach House Condos and the Ocean House.」

「No problems. Clean room, nice property and beach. Very friendly staff. Recommend」
