Only note, instructions say the key is at the back of the house where the parking is but the parking and the key holder is clearly at the front of the house - not sure how a simple instruction like this can be wrongly noted. "We stayed here for a short break with the family. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack from the owners and was really impressed with the lodge. Its location was perfect for places to visit, we went to Bamburgh castle, Berwick, Alnwick gardens and Holy Island in the time we stayed. The accommodation was spacious, clean and warm on arrival, with the log burner as a welcome extra. We would definitely recommend for a family getaway and would stay again in the future."

Our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 children and 2 labradors and the property served us well! Plenty of room. A great position to trek out from - so near to Cragside National Trust, which is a must! We also visited Wallington & Gibside NT & Holy Island. Thankyou for entrusting us with your home from home - we will definitely be back to explore more of this beautiful area."
