Unwind on your holiday in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat, complete with generous living spaces, making it the perfect getaway for your family or group of friends.
Styled with coastal elegance, each bedroom accentuates warmth and comfort. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with balcony access, air conditioning and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom offers another Queen size bed and the third bedroom houses 2 Single beds—a perfect set-up for kids or friends. The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
The kitchen is well set out with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and family sized refrigerator, while a dedicated dining room spells out comfort for all meals. A split system air conditioning provides much-needed respite after a day basking in the glorious sun. Completing the property is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and a clothes dryer in the double lock up garage.
Step outside to an undercover patio with an outdoor lounge setting and electric Weber BBQ looking out at the secure yard for the kids to run around in. (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
