This beautiful home features plenty of spaces to enjoy - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 generous deck areas with water views, bring your Bluetooth speaker, your binoculars and your bikes to explore the stunning Port Stephens and unwind in this perfect holiday home.
Bring your boat! There is ample street and driveway parking, room for your car in the garage downstairs, or treat this space as a games area - bring a handball and utiilize the ping pong table and dartboard provided.
As you walk in the front door, you will instantly be struck by the multiple decks facilitating plenty of access to the view and the family friendly layout with various split levels, there are lots of spaces to spill into and enjoy.
The main bedroom with ensuite and queen size bed is off the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the upper deck. Up a few stairs you will find the 4th room, a quiet lounge TV / reading nook, a play area for the kids; up a few stairs again to the second bedroom with two single beds, the main bathroom, the third bedroom with a queen size bed and a laundry with access to the rear yard.
If you bring your furry friend, it is a short walk down to the dog friendly Bagnalls Beach.

We had a fabulous Christmas holiday in Corlette. it was just wonderful being able to have our dogs with us and being so close to a dog friendly beach suited us perfectly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck eating seafood and watching the storms across the bay. There are some steep stairs, both inside and out, that are not really suitable for older people or young children. Other than that we would highly recommend this house for a beach stay.
We absolutely loved our stay! The amenities included really made us feel at home or even better - let us have us a taste of what it feels like to live in a gorgeous million dollar house with million dollar views! The owners have generously and thoughtfully included special luxury touches such as the coffee machine, heated towel rail, wifi access, dog bowls, cleaning products, games, table tennis, banana chairs, beautiful vintage crockery and the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on, and more. A short stroll to the dog friendly Bagnalls beach meant our pup also had the best time on his daily walks meeting new friends. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by as my husband cooked a barbecue. Kookaburras woke us in the morning, a gorgeous tropical garden hides the view of the neighbouring house. Highly recommend!
