「We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. On the night before we were to arrive we received a response saying they overbooked and we would receive a full refund. WE WERE TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!! We had no place to go!!!! 「Location - wonderful view from balcony, quiet, central in old town, clean, comfortable apartment, good service, good info provided. Highly recommended! Beds were quite hard (can feel the springs) - simple remedy is a foam top mattress - sheets could be better quality as well (small things, but make a big difference!) Maybe provide some tips on how to keep the mosquitos out (not your fault of course), but if there are tricks to fewer bites, than would be helpful.」
