"This is how thing fall apart. Booked 1BR apt. 1st room had no dishwasher or counter, wall falling apart, baseboards missing & very dark with few lites. Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place. On the other hand the staff is excellent. They deserve better. Also some of the best towels...go figure!"

"I booked 2 nights only. It was a good price per quality. The whole staff at the reception was super nice responsive and always ready to help. The only reason why I don't give a full 5 star it's because in my floor someone had 2 small dogs and they were very noisy no matter if it was day or night. The second day in front of that door there was a huge stain in the carpet, not nice nor very hygienic. Other than that everything was fine."

"My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping...

"Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts.
