  • Ground floor of a very recent villa situated 2 km from the center of Ile Rousse and 1km from the beach Bodri, superb sandy beach.

    You will find:
    - Stay (table, small sitting area, TV)
    - The kitchen open to the living room, overlooking a large sea view terrace (loungers table and barbecue)
    - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a private shower room with toilet (140 bed in one, 2 beds 90 in the other).

    The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer).

    You can park in front of the house and enjoy a beautiful terrace and garden of the property where your children can run around safely.
