Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on ...

Ocean Beach Club Hotel
The pool area wasn’t maintained well. A lot of rain during the week. Cushions on the lounges were always wet, debris in the pool. Housekeeping came to tidy up the room between 6:30pn and 7:30pm, not acceptable. Don’t understand what the $10 resort fee per day was all about, plus $12 per day to park. ...

The lobby is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony with partial ocean view. We were very happy to be on 9th floor. The pool area is decent.
