"The hotel shuttle was great from the airport. Be sure you get onto the correct Radisson shuttle. Check in at 9:30 pm was very slow, but our room was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. We didn't know we had to use our room key for the elevator, so that was fun. Check out was easy. "

"Cons: there is no elevator, the upstairs is very hot like smoldering hot. Your upstairs room they dont have air on so when you get in there you have to turn it on to a low setting to cool the room down first night was so hot. We left air on and temperature was better second night. The tub shower is very old but water was nice and hot. Breakfast was a paid meal we choice not to do. The TV remote had no back on it so you have to push the taped batteries back in to get remote to work. Pros: the parking was included. And the location was good. Coffee maker in lobby was a nice feature it made hot chocolate,lattes, espresso and more. The male staff person was not that friendly especially when checking in but after that the housekeeper and when checking out the lady was nice."
