「Ours was a last-minute booking due another property cancelling our reservation the day before our trip. We were only in town for 2 nights. (I have taken their short prep-time into consideration.)
Owners responded to my concerns quickly and assured me that the safety concerns I brought to their attention would be addressed immediately following our departure.
