Welcome to your dream mountain retreat at Copper Mountain! This newly remodeled, family-friendly 4-bedroom townhome offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. Whether you're a winter enthusiast or a summer adventurer, this property is your ideal escape.

As you enter the townhome, you're greeted by a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance for relaxation and family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a bar and dining area, allows for memorable meals and entertaining.

The first floor boasts two bedrooms catering to both adults and children. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, providing a luxurious haven, while the second bedroom is perfect for the little ones with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Additionally, the first floor includes a mudroom for storing ski gear in winter or hiking equipment in summer, ensuring a tidy and organized space. A private laundry room adds to the convenience of your stay. The garage has space for one vehicle and the driveway can park two vehicles. There is no parking on the street, overflow vehicles can park at the Alpine Lot, there is a fee in the winter and free in the summer.
