Leider war auch die Kommunikation schwierig, weil Änderungen und Mitteilungen über das Portal unbeantwortet blieben. Ggf. direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter suchen. "

Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, das ein Freizeitpark Rusti-Land, sowie eine Sommerrodelbahn in der Nähe ist . Also ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen. "

Auch gut geeignet für Menschen mit Handicap, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind oder viel Unterstützung brauchen.Alle wichtigen Gebrauchsgegenstände sind vorhanden, wenn auch hier und da mal etwas älter. Der Ort liegt günstig für viele Ausflugsziele. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht und sind dankbar, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen durften."

"Die Wohnung wurde durch die freundliche Vermieterin persönlich übergeben. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung hat eine erstklassige Küche. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Aus dem Fenster kann man Schafe beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir mussten nie suchen. Das Ausladen war direkt vor der Tür möglich. "

"Das Objekt liegt etwas 500 m von Straßenbahnendhaltestelle entfernt. Die beauftragte Reinigungsfirma hat gut gesäubert. Leider ist das Grundstück in einem nicht so guten Zustand, da keinerlei Pflege erfolgt. Kontakt ist sehr freundlich. Die Küchenaustattung ist dürftig. Die Jalousie in einem Zimmer ließ sich nicht schließen (Das soll in der nächsten Woche behoben werden). Viele Schränke sind sehr reparaturbedürftig."
