The room design in a converted building brilliantly retained a lovely bay window; the kitchen amenities are cleverly done and extensive. The bathroom is spacious and modern; the beds were comfortably firm, with typical duvet bedding. The hotel offered good "happy hour" wines and the staff was unfailingly friendly, competent and helpful, especially Ofelia.

Very clean, welcoming and peaceful, and convenient to walk or bike to shopping areas and cultural landmarks. Super comfortable beds and apartment features. Rebekka at the front desk exemplifies the courtesy, manners and dignity of the Danish people - many thanks! We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

10/10 would recommend!

This was a great hotel - we highly recommend if you’re staying in the Copenhagen area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the added 5pm and 10pm “happy hours” were a great bonus! We really enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel and appreciated the central location.

Good location but room was very dark and felt cramped (we were on the top floor with slanted ceilings and only 2 very small windows). A couple of the lights didn’t work and bathroom mirror was completely unusable as the room was so dimly lit. Furnishings okay but not super comfortable. One odd thing was that they were going to charge if you didn’t do the dishes before checkout! I feel like they should be doing ALL the dishes between stays to ensure proper cleanliness for the next guest. Happy hour was a nice gesture but wine wasn’t great. And lobby coffee was terrible! Lobby had lots of seating and happy hour was well attended (crowded) and very noisy. Also, the elevator was so small and would alarm as “over weight” anytime ANYONE got on, even if there were only 2 people, forcing us to use the stairs (5 stories) quite often. I wouldn’t likely return. I think there are better options in Copenhagen.

The apartment was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and the wine hour enjoyable. The facility is eco friendly but on a warm day our west facing room heated up and open windows didn’t cool it until after midnight. Traffic noises were then bothersome. Ask for an interior courtyard room.

Very close to the main square and main shopping and dining streets. The property was clean and happy hour(s) for drinks and coffee was an amazing bonus. The room was a bit dark as there is no main light but little lights scattered around ceiling. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about this place and I am very happy we picked this one. The room was clean and a good size and was stocked and had a little table to eat. The beds were comfy as well. The windows opened allowing the room to cool nicely (we also got a fan because of noise one night). Staff was super friendly and we used the common lounge area several times during our stay to drink coffee and eat pastries. We were able to do a couple of loads of laundry on our last night which was perfect and the laundry room was free to use with washers and dryers. Great location (8 mins from the train/metro station), right next to St. Peders Bageri (amazing for the morning!), and walking distance to most stuff if you’re ok with walking which we enjoyed. We had days we did 10 miles. While we didn’t do the happy hours, the lobby was always busy when the happy hours were going on and people seemed to love it.

The hotel apartment, facilities and staff were wonderful! So easy to get around Copenhagen. Stayed with a large group of families and we all said that we would come back to stay again, including our octogenarian parents!

Great apartment, in a good location. Easy walking distance to everything and close proximity to Norreport Ststion. A bit noisy at night with a very busy intersection below.

The stay was very good The staff is really nice and welcoming. The location is perfect, short walking distance to the central tourist attractions. The room has filter coffee and a very comfortable small kitchen and a nice balcony with a pretty view. The amount of furniture was a bit too big for the room, or maybe the arrangement of it could be a bit different. We had a blockage in the shower so was a bit uncomfortable on the first night , but they fixed it on the next morning

Staff was helpful and courteous. The checkin desk was at the bar and was staffed 24 hours/day. The room was comfortable, roomy, just as described, had a view of the park across the street. Bed was comfortable (king sized). We had a table with a banquette and chair and a kitchenette--all nice, but starting to look a little scuffed. Americans: the shower does not have a curtain and the glass walls are shallow, so the rest of the bathroom gets wet when you use it, elevator is tiny. 3 restaurants attached to hotel. We only went to one, but the food was very good. Grocery store (Netto) is only a few blocks away. Something having to do with the arrangement of the apartments -- some noises from other rooms transferred, but they were mechanical, not voices, which was disconcerting, but only periodic (but happened enough for me to comment).

Recently renovated studio apartment

As others have said, finding the reception desk is difficult. Do ask in ‘Cocks and Cow’ bar and restaurant if you get stuck as they are part of the hotel. There are entrance doors to the hotel either side of the bar, one is marked Ents 24 the other is unmarked, it feels like you’re walking into a bar but reception is behind the bar. Free wine and liquors much appreciated. Apartment was newly renovated but the hand shower didn’t work.

Affordable stay with a few drawbacks

A really good location with a reasonable price! The room was big and airy with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The room had a big TV with the opportunity to cast from your phone (unfortunately Netflix did'nt work) Some of the drawbacks for the hotel includes; - Not leaving enough information regarding the room and rules. I tried finding things like late checkout, cleaning days (had no "do not disturb" door thingy), how wifi works, what they expect on checkout (doing dishes, emptying garbage and such). - Room being dirty in some places (if barefoot the feet got dirty, a weird stain on the carpet by the bed, and the sink got clogged at times). - No info in the hotel bar regarding pricing (at least what I saw) - Room keycards had a QR code linking to a app to use the phone as a key, that did'nt work. - Breakfast was insanely extensive, so we skipped that. - The couch in kitchen and living room had an outdated style, they looked taken from a 70s house which did'nt really match the allround design. - No lighting directed for the wardrobe, so it was nearly impossible to find anything in there As a conclusion I was happy with my stay, but there's room for improvements to feel safe as a guest.

The apartment was great, good location, quiet area, walkable to the main areas. The staff was great and communication style was kind. It offer some unexpected complementary services such us wine in the late afternoon that brings people to Seat together in the main area of the hotel. We would definitely book agin and we would recommend to stay there

Das Appartment ist der perfekte Ort für eine Woche in Kopenhagen. Die Lage ist super, in nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Einkaufspassage. Das Hotel und die Appartments sind modern und in einem tollen Zustand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel! I loved my room which was a suite with a kitchenette. The renovation was done very beautifully, with Danish design woodwork throughout. I read some of the reviews stating some cleanliness issues but I did not encounter that at all. My room was sparkling clean! The bathroom was ultra-modern and beautifully designed. I loved the fact that it was in a central location, yet on a quiet street which was not far from the central train station (around 13 minutes' walk). One highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was all organic and served in the connected Vaekst Restaurant, which was an absolutely delightful little restaurant with a greenhouse-inspired design - if you are a plant lover like me, you would absolutely love it! Breakfast was truly outstanding - lots of choices and extremely high quality. BUT one thing that the hotel website didn't tell me was that, the Vaekst restaurant was actually a Michelin Guide restaurant - I had an absolutely amazing 3 course dinner there at a reasonable price!!! It was certainly a highlight of my Copenhagen trip! I would recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone visitin this beautiful city!

Ideal apartment for our 3 night stay in Copenhagen. Easy to walk to everywhere we needed to, not too far to walk to metro station. Staff friendly, easy check in/out process. Kitchenette well stocked (not that we used any of the items for our stay)

die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß vom Hotel/Apartment aus starten können. Metro ist ebenfalls nur 10min zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing und viele viele Lokale und Restaurants in naher Umgebung
