「Lovely staff and great food」

「The location is excellent. A much quieter section of Copcabana.Staff at very good and helpful. Metro about 20min walk. Good places to eat near by. Would definitely stay here again. They do put a charge on your credit card at check in rather than just take card details. Would have been helpful to know this before hand as could have been a problem if not enough credit.」

「Hôtel très bien situé, face à la plage de Leme, plus calme que Copacabana. Les chambres sont bien à l’exception de la robinetterie qui mériterait une rénovation. Le petit est déjeuner est correct et varié. La vue du rooftop est très bien 」

「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」
