Hillview Manor is an ideal choice for families seeking a large home in a country setting, close to Cooperstown village and the Dreams Park. Nestled below a gentle knoll in the midst of lush green meadows, this 5 bedroom / 4 bath home is just a 5 minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park, and less than 10 minutes to Cooperstown shops and restaurants. It features 2 outside patios for outside dining and relaxing. Enjoy family campfires around the fire pit.

This 5000-square-foot home has a spacious living room with an easy flow from living to kitchen and dining. There is one queen bedroom and one bath on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms, including a master king bedroom with bath ensuite , a queen bedroom with bath en suite and two more queen bedrooms and a 4th bath off the hallway.

A popular attraction is a large game room with a vaulted ceiling and a full size billiard table for family enjoyment. There is also a Foosball table and a Wii game station in the spacious living room. French doors lead from the living to south facing patio. The well equipped kitchen is a chef's delight - it has a full size refrigerator and a full size freezer. Your host also provides a second 'drinks' refrigerator, off the game room. He supplies the fridge - you supply the drinks!

There is ample room for families to dine - inside or outside. Take time to look at the awesome star-filled night sky - there is an unimpeded view in all directions. A scenic pond is located just off the southern lawn.

We enjoyed our stay at Hillview Manor. The location is very close to Dreams Park…an easy 7-8 minute drive. Such a beautiful and quiet location and we loved our neighbors, the cows, and watching them graze and wander around the fields. Plenty of bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, clean home, and comfortable beds. Thank you!

The house is absolutely beautiful with tons of space! The property was very clean and well stocked. This home is an excellent choice if your boys are playing at Dreams Park! It is in a fantastic location right in the middle of Dreamspark and downtime. Cody was very welcoming and attentive the whole trip! We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a Field of Dreams week. Adults included myself, my husband, my 14 year-old son, and 3 Seniors (Grandparents). The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication leading up to our week was clear and move-in/check out was an absolute breeze. I especially appreciated all of the storage space in each bedroom and bathroom. The house is very large with plenty of space and has everything you need. The host has thought of everything that you might need in the house and it is in a fantastic location right in the middle of Dreamspark and downtime, super close to everything ! The property was excellent for 3 families with kids. There was room for more. The property was very clean which made it easy to get comfortable and settle in for a weeks stay. Cody and family were welcoming, attentive and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. The property is excellent choice if your boys are playing at Dreams Park. Our boys played at All Star Village so it was about a 25 minute ride back and forth. We got used to it and again would stay here if we had to do it again.
