Enjoy the spacious living area with glass doors that open to a partially covered patio. Your outdoor dining and relaxing areas have an amazing view down the Red Creek Valley. The views are stunning from the property at all times of the day.

The efficient kitchen is very well planned and has all you need for your stay, including a dishwasher. This lower level apartment stays naturally cool. In the event its not cool enough, this apartment also has central A/C. The king bedroom has its own private entrance from the back yard.

Located in a peaceful country setting, this awesome apartment is just minutes from The Village of Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Great location, really great host just far enough away to enjoy scenery

I didnt want to leave!

Beautiful downstairs apartment nestled on the mountainside. Quiet, clean, and super comfortable, I would not hesitate to go back! About a 15 minute drive from Dreams Park. Wayne is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you for everything.

I had a great experience at the Bavarian Apartment . It is nestled on top of the hill with a great view . it is a bit further than I wanted to be , however , the owner , showed me some shortcuts to get around that issue . He was very kind and helpful with whatever I needed to be comfortable.. I would definitely recommend this spot .
