"I booked an oceanfront room with a jetted hot tub, when I arrived at the hotel I was put in an ocean view room and did not look like the picture from Hotels.com. When I questioned the front desk, they were very pleasant and said they checked for an oceanfront room when I checked in but everything was booked. It was less money but I would have preferred the room in the picture. I’m not sure if it’s Hotels.com advertising the wrong room or the Hotel itself. Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff...

"Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again."

"Floor in condo was sandy. Air conditioner blew right in the face of my husband on one side of the bed. Very hot in bathroom because of placement of the air conditioner unit. Great beach location. Nice size room for the money. Staff at resort were very friendly as well as people staying there. Good cheesesteak sandwich from restaurant in front of resort. "

"The swimming pools were all very clean and the areas around them were also very clean. Loungers were nice. The large eye on the stove didn't work and the tile floor was slippery. overall it was a nice stay and I would book this condo again."

Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent location. Very quiet and enjoyable. Just steps away from the beach. The only issue I had this year was the room we had was not as clean I would have liked. I had to vacuum myself and the liens were stained. Other than that the stay was great. "
