The Flamingo House - Family Fun Time

Welcome to the Flamingo House! This clean, modern, recently remodeled is nestled in a secluded golf course but convenient neighborhood. Enjoy your own private and cozy home or hang out on the deck, cool off in the pool, tan in the chaise lounge, play some golf or pickle ball, grill some dinner, and enjoy the stars by the fire pit.
The space
Gorgeous light, unique aesthetic, and a private swimming pool sitting on 0.4 Acres lot make this beautiful 4BR/2.5BA feel spacious, calm, and inviting. The Flamingo House features a full kitchen, roomy indoor, a lovely workspace, a loaded game room, all-new furnishings. Plenty of space to relax, sun, play, socialize, and share. You will love this modern, cozy home as a nice getaway!

You will access the home through the front door. The code will be given upon arrival. All bedrooms are located upstair.
Other things to note
-NO loud music or activities after 10PM. The house is equipped with NoiseAware to monitor noise. If it is triggered 3 times you will be charged 300$.

- NO PARTY is allow at this house or 500$ fines will be charge unless approved by host.

-Please let's the host know exactly how many guest staying at the house.

-Ensure everyone is careful while swimming in the backyard.

-The property has security cameras that record motion and audio around all the common areas and pool. Do not remove them.

-There is no smoking inside any of the house, in the pool and around the pool premises. If you smoke outdoors, please make sure to dispose of your butts properly.

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool, kitchen, games, family space, beds were all great! Because we stayed an entire week, we asked the host for access to a vacuum which she was responsive to. We had a couple maintenance issues as well that the host took care of within 24 hours. We would book this property again for my family of 6. We had a wonderful time and had all the comforts of home.

Amazing!

Hands down so comfy and my kids had fun. The only bad part was the back yard they had a huge storm and they still had debris everywhere and we couldn’t use the little patio and we had to wash everything down and the grass was really long and the bugs were bad but other than that the beds were comfy. Great location! Host were nice. I’d recommend to a small family. Very spacious. No tvs in the bedrooms only the master.

The house was lovely, in a great neighborhood, and even decorated for Christmas. The kids loved playing foosball and basketball and the hot tub warmed up quickly. The hosts responded very quickly to our questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Communication was great and my family loved the pool. We booked this place on a whim for a staycation in the greater Houston area. Few areas for improvement for a better stay is attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The yard was overgrown and messy with tree branches and debris, so we did not use any other outdoor activities. Additionally, the grill was still dirty from the previous user, one bed base was broken and dirty underneath (housekeeping probably didn't do a thorough job), making it very uncomfortable. Further, the keurig water container was filled with water and lint buildup floating atop. It would have been helpful to know all bedrooms were upstairs (perhaps I missed that on the description), which made it difficult for my older father to get to/from the room to sleep. One handrail on the stairwell was broken and loose. It was overall quite overpriced for the location, and condition. There is potential if a keener eye were paid to these upkeep details. I hope this feedback is taken as helpful. It's apparent a lot of effort was put into upgrading this home. The restrooms and fixtures, plus the aesthetic of the primary bedroom were beautiful.
