I stayed here while visiting my fiancé, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The motel is very outdated, but it was clean and well-kept. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had what I needed during my stay. Despite its age, it served its purpose perfectly: a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest my head in peace. I appreciated the cleanliness and the sense of safety most of all.

Would not recommend, sketchy place, prison nearby, smelled terrible, front desk girl was nice but no one else there was, dirty carpet, we felt unsafe. I should have just kept driving and stayed in Coeur d'Alene!

Staff was okay. The room appeared dirty and had flies (like 10 ) my whole stay flying around the room. I tried to kill them, but every time another came back from somewhere.

My room had a bed against the wall shattered with a very loud facilities closet, operating some sort of constant loud machine, so the room layout really needed to be revised with that in mind. Additionally the toilet ran constantly and the door would not lock securely. A very rough night if constant noise and I head to push furniture against the door for security. So not the greatest room, but the cleanliness was good and hopefully other rooms are in better order.

This motel is just perfectly located between Mt Hood, Mt St Helens and Palouse Falls. Rooms and clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. It was very helpful during a multi-day trip to rest.

The price is good and the property is fine. The room was spacious, although the painted cinder block walls made it feel more institutional than welcoming. The amenities were pretty standard for a 2-star accommodation and seemed to all work, although the refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Everything that mattered was clean -- towels and beds, but the carpet had a sticky spot that housekeeping missed when they presumably vacuumed. The city of Connell smells like cows, but inside the motel it did NOT; which was a welcome surprise. The lady at the front desk was nice. Overall, I would recommend this place for the budget conscious traveler, but you will know you are staying someplace cheap.

The motel serves its purpose. I was with my son at a soccer tournament in Pasco 30mins away. The place was clean, staff friendly and was 1/4 of the cost of Pasco hotels that jacked up their rates due to tournament.
