"This cute little cabin was just what we needed to reset after a grueling semester. The hot tub was a great way to relax. Being so close to the trails at Hocking Hills made it easy to catch a quick hike and explore the area. The only snag was that the internet had trouble connecting a few times but our host was easy to reach to help with that. Overall a great stay!"

"This was perfect for our getaway. We are an older couple who routinely gets away for a couple nights. Loved the location as it is close to several Hocking Hills State Park points of interest. Food sources are farther though, so we shopped at the Logan Kroger first and had several meals at the cabin. The property was cute, comfortable, clean. The grounds were lovely as well. We didn't see how fishing would work out too well, however. No clear path to water, water shallow. But birding did. Had hoped to find migrating birds at the Park sites, but didn't succeed. We purposely went during the peak time in May. Turned out we saw and heard the most birds right at the cabin! Hot tub was great after hiking, of course. One slight inconvenience (for me) was that the bathroom was not right next to the bedroom, but instead you had to walk through the living room and kitchen to get to it. All in all we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay here."

"The cabin was GREAT!!! It was very clean and had all the exentials for cooking (even though I must admit we did very little of) we really enjoyed the deck with the hot tub and being big bird watchers we saw many species! It is a great location close to everything."

"This is a great place! Close enough to the various park entrances, yet set far enough from the road to give you the sensation of being in the back woods. Our host was very attentive and quickly took care of every request. There were 3 in our party (2 parents and 1 adult child) and we had plenty of room. The cabin was rustic and cozy, with comfortable beds and electric baseboard heat for the chilly nights we had during our stay. The gas grill works great, and the cabin has a brand new stove, which really helped with the cooking. We are very happy with our stay and with our host!"

"We had a great time at the Ponderosa cabin! Everything was clean. There were extra supplies in case you needed to clean up a spill or ran out of paper towels or toilet paper. They supplied plenty of cooking and eating utensils and plates. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. We were close to the hiking trails we wanted to go to and not too far from town. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets and pillows. There were heaters and fans in every room to help keep you warm or cool. Hannah was super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed!The driveway was a little rough, when they recommended using an all wheel drive vehicle I would heed that caution!Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back for another stay!"
