All the services of the urbanization (bars, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, etc.) are for the exclusive use of the residents and guests of the urbanization.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and two with two single beds each. The two bedrooms with double beds also have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub each.
