Villa Charco del Sultán is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Conil de la Frontera. This white ranch-style house features a bright living/dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Estancia agradable

Pros: Nos gustó mucho la amplitud de la vivienda, es bastante cómoda y bien equipada. Tiene para aparcar bastantes coches dentro de la parcela. Cons: La ubicación no es muy buena, fuimos a principios de junio y era casi imposible coger taxi para ir al centro de conil, no me quiero imaginar en agosto. Hay dos habitaciones que no tienen ventilación exterior. En los baños al no tener cortina los platos de ducha se sale el agua, es más en uno de ellos como es pequeñito se moja hasta el inodoro. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, en verano pienso que sería insoportable dormir ahí. Los dueños o encargados de la vivienda fueron muy amables en todo momento pero no me gustó que cuando llegaron al terminar la estancia, revisaron las sillas de plástico una por una para ver si había rota alguna, entiendo que para descontarlo de la fianza, yo entiendo que tienes que revisar por si hay algo roto, pero ni las sillas eran nuevas, y en todo caso siempre se puede romper algo en una vivienda haciendo uso de ella sin tener que tener la intención de romperlo. No sé, me pareció excesivo la verdad.

Una maravilla

Pros: La anfitriona fue súper amable nos trató superbien un 10 Cons: La cocina dejo claro que estaba muy limpia y bien,solo que para mi gusto un poco pequeña como para 12 personas (cosa que puede tener arreglo, ya que hay espacio.) Y la nevera también un poco pequeña. Necesidad de cambiar el sofá.
